Voice cloning

Also called: voice replication

Voice cloning is generating a synthetic TTS voice that reproduces the timbre and style of a specific person's voice from a short audio sample. It lets a business give its voice agents a consistent, branded voice.

Responsible use requires consent from the person whose voice is cloned. Cloning is distinct from generic TTS voices, which aren't modeled on a specific individual.
