Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms

Finn is a subscription software service operated by AIforge Tech Private Limited (“Finn”). Requests for a refund or credit must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the invoice date, as set out in the Finn Terms of Service. Either party may terminate a Subscription on the notice period stated in the Terms. Usage-based charges already incurred, and prepaid amounts consumed, are non-refundable, and unused prepaid minutes do not roll over on cancellation.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Amounts forfeited under the suspension provisions of our Consent & Legal Guidance Policy are non-refundable. Purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record are additionally subject to Lemon Squeezy’s refund terms.
