update_finn_variables
Edits a draft Finn's variables: maps placeholders to audience CSV columns, turns CSV mapping on or off, and sets the fields it extracts after each call. A new placeholder is added to the workflow prompt with update_finn_draft first, then mapped here.

| set_mapping | object | Placeholder name to CSV column, e.g. { "name": "Full Name" }. Merged into the existing mapping. |
| remove_mapping | string[] | Placeholder names whose CSV mapping should be removed. |
| mapping_enabled | boolean | Turn CSV mapping on or off. When off, each placeholder is filled from the column with the same name. |
| post_call_fields | object[] | Replaces the whole list of post-call fields: { name, type (Text | Selector | Yes/No | Number), description, choices? }. Cannot be empty. |
