crm_import_csv
Imports up to 500 rows of a CSV sheet into the CRM: new records, filled-in fields, links and section rows. Three calls: without mapping it proposes a column mapping; with mapping it does a dry run and returns an approval link; with confirm_token, after the user approved, it really imports.
- Scope needed
- crm:import
- Changes data
- Yes
- Held for approval
- No
- Confirm step
- Yes. The first call changes nothing and returns a preview and a confirm token.
- Available to
- Every organization
Admins only. Asks first: the first call changes nothing and returns a preview, an approval link for the key's owner in Finn and a confirm_token; the action runs only when the same call is repeated with the token after the user approved.
Inputs
| Name | Type | Description |

| csv_textrequired | string | The sheet as CSV text: one header row, then at most 500 data rows. |
| mapping | object | How columns map onto the workspace's fields. Leave out on the first call to get a proposed mapping. |
| kind | string | Record kind key the sheet holds; only used to propose a mapping. |
