crm_attach_document
Attaches a file to a record, optionally under a document type. It adds a new file and never replaces or removes one. Mark it verified afterwards with crm_set_document_status.

Inputs

| org_id | string | Organization id from list_orgs. Leave out only when the user belongs to one organization. |
| phonerequired | string | The contact's phone number in E.164 form (e.g. +919812345678); it is the record's id. |
| file_namerequired | string | File name with extension, e.g. passport.pdf. |
| content_base64required | string | The file's bytes, base64-encoded. At most 5 MB. PDF, images, Office files, CSV or text. |
| mime_type | string | e.g. application/pdf. The bytes are checked either way. |
| doc_type | string | Document type key from crm_list_documents, to file it under. |
